Data deletion

Use these instructions to request deletion or another privacy action for data processed by Percepta, including data received through Meta APIs.

1. Submit the request

1. If you can access Percepta, sign in and contact your workspace owner or administrator.
2. Ask the administrator to send a request to the Wonderwise business contact responsible for the workspace. Use the subject Percepta data deletion request.
3. If you no longer have access, contact the organization that invited you to Percepta and ask it to forward the request to Wonderwise Productions LTD.

2. Include enough information to locate the data

• Your name and the email address used for Percepta.
• Your organization and Percepta workspace, if known.
• The request type: access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion.
• For Meta data, the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram professional-account URL and numeric asset ID, if known.
• Whether you are the account holder, Page or professional-account administrator, workspace member, or an authorized representative.
• A short description of the records or date range involved.

3. Verification

Wonderwise or the responsible workspace administrator will verify identity, workspace authority, and control of the relevant Meta asset before disclosing, changing, or deleting data. We may request limited additional evidence. Do not provide more identity information than requested.

4. What happens after verification

For an approved deletion, Percepta can disable the relevant source connection, tombstone matching evidence, clear display text, author fields, metrics and raw payload, and invalidate linked annotations, alerts, recommendations, and reports. Minimal source identifiers, permalinks, hashes, timestamps, deletion reasons, and audit facts may remain when needed to prove compliance, prevent silent restoration, secure the service, or meet legal obligations.

We aim to acknowledge a complete request within seven business days and complete a verified request within 30 days. If law, security, backup restoration, or a disputed authority requires more time, the responsible contact will explain the reason and the next step.

5. Stop future Meta access

A Facebook or Instagram administrator can also remove the Percepta business integration from the relevant Meta business settings. This stops future authorized access but does not by itself erase records already retained in Percepta. Complete the request steps above for stored records.

6. Complaints

If a privacy request is not resolved, you may raise it through the Wonderwise business contact for the workspace and may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or another competent authority.
