Privacy policy

Wonderwise Productions LTD operates Percepta, an evidence-first public reputation intelligence service. This policy explains what Percepta processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to affected people.

Effective 23 July 2026

1. Scope and controller

This policy applies to ipercepta.com, the Percepta application at app.ipercepta.com, and the related collection and analysis services. Wonderwise Productions LTD is the controller for account, workspace, and operational data it determines how to use. A customer organization may be the controller for work it directs inside its Percepta workspace.

2. Information we process

3. Sources

Percepta receives information from its users, workspace administrators, permitted public websites and feeds, and official or explicitly authorized provider APIs. Meta collection is limited to public Facebook Pages, authorized Facebook Pages, and authorized Instagram professional accounts within the access Meta grants to the Percepta app. Percepta does not use Meta access to collect private messages, private groups, private profiles, friend lists, or content behind access controls.

4. Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to authenticate users, operate isolated workspaces, collect permitted public evidence, preserve source attribution, produce internal analysis, maintain security and auditability, enforce retention, respond to requests, and comply with law and provider rules. Depending on the relationship and data, the lawful basis is performance of a contract, legitimate interests in evidence-based reputation analysis and service security, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

5. AI-assisted analysis

When a workspace enables AI analysis, selected public evidence and bounded source context may be sent to the configured analysis provider for classification, transcription, visual understanding, or summarization. Percepta keeps observed evidence separate from generated interpretation and requires human review before external action. It does not use Meta data for advertising, facial recognition, or private-trait inference.

6. Sharing and processors

We disclose data only as needed to operate Percepta: infrastructure and database providers, email delivery providers, configured source APIs, configured AI processors, professional advisers, and authorities where law requires it. Workspace evidence is not sold or licensed as a public data set. Providers receive only the data needed for their assigned service and are subject to their terms and safeguards.

7. International processing

Some service providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, or other lawful safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the information involved.

8. Retention and deletion

Each source record receives a documented retention deadline. The current Meta source configuration assigns public evidence a 365-day deadline unless the item is deleted, withdrawn, or subject to a shorter approved rule. A verified rediscovery may refresh the deadline. When evidence expires or an authorized deletion is applied, Percepta removes its display text, title, author fields, metrics, and permitted raw payload and invalidates linked analytical derivatives.

Minimal source identity, permalink, hashes, timestamps, deletion reason, and audit facts may remain when needed to prove compliance, prevent silent restoration, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Account, contract, security, and backup records are retained only for their operational, legal, or recovery period.

9. Security

Percepta uses named accounts, role and workspace controls, password hashing, login throttling, secure cookies, TLS, restrictive browser security headers, server-side secrets, bounded collection jobs, audit records, backups, and deletion controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and necessary exceptions, you may ask to be informed, access or correct personal data, object to or restrict processing, request deletion or portability, withdraw consent, and request human review of a significant automated decision. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or another competent authority.

Use the data and privacy request instructions. We will verify identity and authority before disclosing, changing, or deleting data.

11. Cookies

The public marketing and legal pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The authenticated application uses only cookies necessary for sessions, request security, and workspace access.

12. Children

Percepta is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not create an account or submit personal data for a child unless you have lawful authority and the processing is appropriate.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Percepta, provider rules, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will change when a material revision is published. Privacy questions and requests should follow the public request instructions or be sent through the Percepta workspace administrator or Wonderwise business contact responsible for your access.
