Terms of service
These terms govern authorized access to Percepta, a business service operated by Wonderwise Productions LTD.
Effective 23 July 2026
1. Authorized business use
You may use Percepta only through an account issued or approved by Wonderwise Productions LTD or a participating organization. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, use multi-factor authentication where available, and promptly report suspected misuse.
2. Permitted purpose
Percepta may be used for lawful, evidence-based monitoring and analysis of public or explicitly authorized information. Every workspace must record its monitoring purpose and permission basis. Access to a provider connector does not mean unrestricted platform access.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Do not collect private messages, private groups, closed accounts, personal profiles, or content behind access controls without a separate lawful and authorized basis.
- Do not bypass login, CAPTCHA, robots controls, rate limits, provider review, product restrictions, or technical safeguards.
- Do not use Percepta for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, doxxing, impersonation, targeted advertising, facial recognition, or inference of private sensitive traits.
- Do not upload malicious code, attempt cross-workspace access, expose credentials, interfere with service operation, or instruct collected content to invoke tools.
- Do not sell, resell, or publish provider data in a way that violates law, provider terms, retention rules, or the rights of affected people.
4. Evidence and interpretation
Percepta preserves source identifiers and permalinks and separates observed evidence from AI interpretation and human verification. Public content can be incomplete, misleading, removed, or changed. Analysis, scores, summaries, alerts, and recommendations are decision-support material, not verified fact or legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Users must review evidence before acting.
5. Third-party services
Percepta depends on third-party websites, APIs, hosting, email, and optional AI services. Their availability, accuracy, permissions, rate limits, and terms are outside our control. You must comply with their applicable terms. We may restrict or disable a connector when access, policy, security, or data rights are uncertain.
6. Customer data and confidentiality
Your organization controls the confidential workspace material it submits or creates, subject to provider rights and applicable law. You grant Wonderwise the limited right to process that material to operate, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. Users must not disclose another workspace's information or export data beyond its approved purpose.
7. Privacy, retention, and deletion
Our privacy policy explains how Percepta processes information. Source-specific retention and deletion rules apply. You must not change a retention setting or preserve a copy when provider rules or an authorized deletion require removal. Use the data and privacy request instructions for a verified request.
8. Intellectual property
Wonderwise and its licensors retain rights in Percepta, its software, design, documentation, and service materials. Source publishers and providers retain their rights in source content. These terms do not transfer ownership of third-party content or grant rights beyond those expressly available under law and provider terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access to protect users, providers, data, or the service; respond to legal or provider requirements; investigate misuse; or address non-payment or material breach. On termination, access ends and data is retained, returned, tombstoned, or deleted under the applicable contract, law, provider policy, and backup cycle.
10. Service availability and liability
Percepta is provided on an available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, complete platform coverage, or error-free analysis. To the extent permitted by law, Wonderwise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of source content, third-party services, or unreviewed analysis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the service, provider requirements, or law changes. Material changes will be published with a new effective date. Nigerian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory law or written customer agreement that applies.
12. Contact
Questions should be sent through your Percepta workspace administrator or the Wonderwise business contact responsible for your account. Privacy and deletion matters should follow the public request instructions.
